Follow the link to download and install a program called Teamviewer. Once installed, Teamviewer allows Stephill full remote control of your computer without you having to be there to admit us. This option is useful for clients who want us to perform after-hours maintenance on their computers when they aren’t there, to do remote reboots, and other tasks that require frequent access. You make up a password on installation. Then give the numeric ID number and the password to your Stephill technician.
